During setup you connect a Stripe account for your choir once. Every payment lands in it directly — cori never holds your money. You decide inside Stripe when it pays out to your bank account.

Yes, per ticket type. By default you absorb the fee, so the price shown is the final price. Alternatively cori adds the fee visibly at checkout — and you keep the full ticket price.

Yes. You draw your hall in the seating plan editor, add categories with their own prices, and buyers pick their seat in a 2D map or a 3D view with tiers. A seat being bought is locked for everyone else. You can also sell tickets without assigned seats.

Every ticket carries a signed QR or barcode that can be verified tamper-proof and redeemed exactly once. You export the guest list with all orders and seats as CSV — to tick people off at the door or to load into a scanning system. A dedicated phone scanner app is in development; it is not part of the product today.

Yes. cori generates a PDF invoice for every order, with a gap-free sequential invoice number and the buyer's address. The invoice is issued by your ensemble, not by cori — you remain your audience's contractual partner.

That depends on your legal form and your turnover. In Germany concerts often fall under the reduced 7% rate; non-profit choirs and orchestras can be exempt under § 4 no. 20 UStG, and below the small-business threshold no VAT is shown at all. In cori you set per event what applies to you: standard, reduced, or exempt. This is not tax advice — please confirm your situation with your accountant.

Usually yes, as soon as protected works are performed. GEMA calculates its royalty partly from net admission revenue. This runs independently of cori — register your concert with GEMA as usual. You can export your sold tickets and revenue as CSV for that.

All ticket, order and invoice data is stored in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. We collect only what a ticket, an invoice and entry require. The data belongs to your ensemble: cori does not use it for advertising and does not pass it to third parties. The payment itself is processed by Stripe.

No. cori Tickets uses your existing cori account — just sign in and start selling. Your concerts and members are already there. There is no minimum term; if you sell nothing, you pay nothing.
