Two working days after your request, the essentials are in cori. Moving help is free, even if you no longer have a contract running.
Your members
Send us your member list as an Excel or CSV file, or simply as a list of names and email addresses. We add everyone and invite them to your choir by email.
Your first three pieces
Send us your scores as PDFs along with MusicXML, MuseScore or MIDI files, or recordings of each voice part. We use them to set up your first three pieces, with practice tracks for every part.
Your rehearsals
Tell us when and where you rehearse. We create your rehearsal as a recurring event so everyone can say whether they're coming.
Everything else you can bring over at your own pace. The guide shows how to take lists, files and dates with you from your current app.

Reply to our confirmation email with a screenshot or the invoice that shows when your contract ends. Set up your choir in cori if you haven't already.

We set everything up
Within two working days your free period runs until your contract ends, for up to 12 months. We'll set up your members, first pieces and rehearsals with you at the same time.
The terms
For choirs switching to cori from paid choir, club or practice software that don't have a cori subscription yet.

A screenshot, an invoice or a contract confirmation showing the end date is all the proof we need.
No credit card, no automatic renewal: when it ends, your choir is paused until someone in the choir's leadership subscribes. Nothing gets deleted.
Can't be combined with other offers. If two apply, you get the longer period.

Practical Answers
Any paid software you currently use to organise your choir or to practise: choir apps, club management software or practice apps with a choir plan. Free apps have no remaining contract, but you still get the moving help and the 30-day trial.
That's up to you. Many choirs use both apps side by side for a few weeks. Just keep an eye on your current provider's notice period so the contract doesn't renew automatically.
Your choir is paused until someone in the choir's leadership subscribes. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. You can check what cori costs for your choir's size on the pricing page beforehand.
Yes, as long as you're still in your trial and haven't subscribed yet.
Through your invite link or the QR code at rehearsal: everyone picks their voice part and they're in. Anyone who prefers an email invitation gets one as soon as you send us your member list.
