Finding your tickets again
Lost the confirmation email? Here's how to have cori Tickets resend your tickets, download the PDFs — and when you're better off asking the organizer.
Web only
The ticket shop runs in your browser at tickets.cori.music — on your phone just as on your computer. You don't need an app or a user account.
The confirmation ended up in spam, your phone is new, or the concert is tonight and you can't find the email any more. No problem: you can have your tickets sent to you again at any time — no account, no support request needed.
The email address you gave when buying. Nothing else — no order number, no password.
Having your tickets resent
It lives at tickets.cori.music — the Find my tickets link sits right at the bottom, in the footer of every shop page.
Exactly the address you used at the checkout. Then tap Email me my tickets.
The confirmation on screen reads: “Check your inbox.” The email lists the event title, the date and a link to the tickets for each of your orders.
It leads to a page with all the tickets from that order. Each ticket has a PDF button for downloading — that's the same ticket with the same QR code as in the original email.
Whichever address you enter, the answer is always “Check your inbox”. That's deliberate: otherwise anyone could try out who's going to which concert. So if no email arrives, you've very probably used a different address than you thought — try the second one you use.
What you should know
- The link is valid for 14 days. After that it's dead; just request a new one. An expired page says “This link has expired”, with a Send a new link button.
- The link is your key. Whoever has it gets to your tickets. Only forward it to people who are meant to come along.
- Only paid orders come through. An abandoned purchase where money never changed hands doesn't show up — and in that case you don't have a ticket either.
- Several orders? The email lists all the ones belonging to your address, with a separate link per order.
If you're collecting at the box office
If you chose collection at the box office when buying, there's no PDF to download — your ticket is printed and kept ready for you at the venue. Instead the page shows you the code for each ticket, along with a note to bring your order number. The easiest way is to take the confirmation email along on your phone.
If your ticket doesn't work
If the ticket page carries a warning that the order is no longer “paid”, the tickets won't be accepted at the door. That happens with a refund or when a payment has been charged back.
Whether an order has been refunded or a payment charged back is decided by the organizer or by your bank — cori Tickets only provides the shop. In that case, get in touch with the organizer directly.
When you have to ask the organizer
cori Tickets can get your tickets back for you. Everything beyond that belongs to the organizer, because that's who you bought from:
- Money back, cancellation, exchange — their refund conditions apply, and only they can arrange a refund.
- Concert cancelled or moved — they inform you and refund you.
- Wrong seat, wrong rate, changing the name on the ticket — only through them.
- Questions about entry, times, getting there, accessibility — they know the venue.
Where to reach them is on the event page under Organizer: that's where cori Tickets gives their name, their address and the contact email they've provided for ticket queries. The same details are on your invoice.
If your order cost something, the organizer's invoice is attached to the same email as your tickets — that's where you'll find it again. Complimentary tickets and orders that a voucher code brings down to €0 don't get an invoice.
