Starting a subscription
Take out a paid cori Pro subscription after the trial — who's allowed to and how payment works.
Web only
If you want to keep using cori beyond the trial, you take out a cori Pro subscription. It only takes a few steps, straight from the web app. This guide shows who's allowed to do it and how payment works.
Only the choir leadership and admins can start and manage the subscription. If a member opens the subscription page, they see a note asking them to get in touch with the choir leadership or an admin instead. The subscription then applies to the whole choir.
Subscriptions are managed exclusively in the web app. In the mobile app you'll only find a pointer to the web app at this spot — so open cori.music in your browser.
How to take out the subscription
In the web app, go to Subscription. There you'll see the cori Pro plan and your choir's current status.
At the top, choose between Monthly and Yearly. Yearly is around 20 % cheaper. Below that, cori works out the total price for your choir transparently: number of members times price per seat.
Click Select (or, during the trial, Subscribe after trial). You'll be taken to the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe.
Enter your billing address and a payment method — credit card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit. You can also enter a voucher or promotional code here. Then confirm the subscription.
After you've subscribed
Once the payment goes through you're taken back to the app, and the choir is switched over to cori Pro. From then on, the subscription page shows you the status, the next renewal date and the amount.
If you take out the subscription while the trial is still running, billing only starts once the trial ends — so you don't lose the days you have left.
