Practice streaks

How streaks come about, what keeps them going, and when they break.

Web + app

Your streak counts the days in a row you've practised. It's the simplest way to stay on the ball: do any exercise every day and the flame keeps growing. Your streak is personal and counts across all of your choirs.

What counts as a day

One completed exercise a day is enough — whichever one. cori counts using your local time zone: what matters is the calendar day you practised on, not the time of day.

Where to see your streak

Web app
Open the “Streak” page. On the left you see the flame with your current run, next to it your longest streak and the total number of days you've practised.
Mobile app
Open “Your Training” — the streak area sits right below your level, with the flame, your longest run and your total days.

Both also show you the last 7 days as an overview; tapping it opens the calendar with your full history.

When a streak breaks

If you miss a day, the run starts again at zero. So that a single lapse doesn't cost you everything right away, Streak Shields step in automatically: you have two per week that catch a missed day. Only once a week's shields are used up does the streak break.

Practised offline?

Your practice day counts even without an internet connection. cori remembers the days locally and adds them as soon as you're back online.

Current and longest streak

  • Current Streak – your ongoing run from the first day up to today
  • Longest Streak – your personal record
  • Total Days – how often you've practised altogether
