Attendance overview and export
As a manager on the web, see who showed up how often — filtered by period, appointment type and voice — and export the list as a CSV for your choir's records.
Web only
You can see individual responses on each appointment. For the bigger picture — who has been there regularly over the weeks and who rarely — there's the attendance overview. It brings every appointment together in one table and can be exported as a CSV for your choir's records.
The combined attendance overview is available in the web app only and only to the choir director and admins. Members without management rights see the notice "Only choir managers can view attendance." In the mobile app you manage attendance directly on each appointment. The overview always refers to the choir currently selected.
Open the overview
In the web app, choose Attendance in the sidebar. At the top you set which appointments are included:
Switch between Upcoming, Past and Custom. With "Custom" you set an exact date window using From and To — handy for "the last six months".
Use the select field to narrow things down to one appointment type — only rehearsals or only performances, say. By default it's set to All types.
If your choir has voice parts set up, you can narrow things down to a single voice as well; otherwise All voices shows every member.
What the overview shows
- Summary cards at the top sum up your choir's attendance for the selected slice.
- A matrix lays out every member against every appointment. Each cell shows the status: Attending, Not attending, No response or Not invited (when the member wasn't selected for that appointment).
If there are no appointments in the selected slice, or the choir doesn't have members yet, cori tells you so instead of showing an empty table.
Export as CSV
Click Export CSV in the top right. cori downloads a CSV file with the columns Member, Voice and Attendance % plus one column per appointment. The file name contains the choir name and the selected period. The file is encoded so that accented characters appear correctly in Excel — you can open it straight away or file it with your choir's records.
The export picks up exactly the slice currently on screen — period, appointment type and voice. So set the filters the way you need the report, then export.
What's next?
- Set and read individual responses: Setting and tracking attendance
- Starting values for new appointments: Automatic attendance
- Create appointments: Creating appointments and rehearsals
